If you need to cancel an appointment you have up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment to make changes in the Gloss genius app. Please do not email the salon. For cancellations less than 6 hours notice please text the salon with your name & appointment time. All no calls & no shows will be charged the full cost of the missed service at the next following appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 6 hours in advance will be charged a 50% fee at the following appointment.
